Dreaded “service engine soon” light

My service engine soon light went on the trip to the DQ Saturday. I had a friend with a code reader grab the code. It is the O2 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1 p-130 failure. I had this replaced July 22. I am taking it back to the shop that replaced it last time and see maybe something broke.  Has anyone else had a issue with the O2 sensors?

update. The O2 sensor had failed. The sensor is supposed to turn on and off in a sine wave form
